A politician who went to campaign in a village asks the villagers to tell him two of their main problems.
"Our first problem is the lack of qualified nurse in our dispensary," say the villagers.
The politician picks up his mobile phone, dials a number, whispers words, then tells them:
"This problem has been solved. What else?"
The villagers say him: "Our second problem is that we do not have a mobile network in our village".
