A young CNN journalist had heard of a very, very old Jew who went twice a day to pray at the Wailing Wall.
Sure of holding a good subject, she goes to the spot and sees a very old man walking slowly toward the wall.
After three quarters of prayer and as he moved away slowly, leaning on his cane, she approaches to interview him:
"Excuse me, sir, I'm Rebecca Smith from CNN. What's your name?"
"Moshe Rosenberg," he says.
"How long have you been here to pray?"
"More than 60 years," he says.
"60 years, it's incredible, and what are you praying for?"
"I pray for peace between Christians, Jews and Muslims. I pray for the end of wars and hate. I pray that our children will grow in safety and become responsible adults who love their neighbors."
"And what do you feel after 60 years of prayer?"
"...I feel as I was talking to a wall."
